Yes it is possible. the bigger question, is what was going on for him to be so close to your vagina? If you were having sex and he pulled out before cumming, then that is even a higher chance. Wisen up and use protection.

depends on what u mean by the surface? do u mean the pubic bone? if so then no, unless sperm comes in to contact with your vagina. I hope your not relying on him pulling out instead of him wearing a condom!!!!? there is pre-ejaculation!!! Use a condom.

Yes! Even before they completely ejaculate, they are releasing sperm throughout the whole time you are having intercourse. It is always possible!

i think its only possible if either of u inserted anything in there after words i dont think sperm can swim that far.
