I think it will, just like DVDs just abolished Video,( not a tape left at Walmart )
I personally wanted to skip the whole CD/DVD thing as they are too fragile like an LP.
I personally liked casettes better,
but MP3.... awsome! ( and I bet they'll add the "extra's for you too!" )

I hope not. You can lose computer files way easier than you lose your DVDs. Well as long as you don't lend them out to idiot friends that is.

I doubt it. Personally, I like to have a physical copy, not something that can get erased the next time the computer crashes.
