Should I ignore him or ask him why he does that? I think he's trying to get back at me for reporting him for his nasty comments.

Give him your picture and a little bottle of lotion. That ought to embarrass him enough so he stops looking at you. If you catch him looking, give him a smile and a "knowing" wink.

Tell us who he is, and we will start watching him and reporting and next thing you know, he is history.
You shouldn't ask him anything, report him for stalking you on Yahoo answers.
If you change your user Id, nickname, he will not be able to track you. Probably going to your account and viewing your questions and answers and knows where to find you. Just a guess.

I think should ask him what his problem is, and if he keeps on doing it, try to avoid him, and if it gets REALLY bad, then report him. But some people do that to get your attention. Just be smart about it.
