No, smart. Considering that many of the younger driver's are far less responsible enough to drive on the streets today.
Actually, is there a reason why you are 20 and not driving yet? Disability maybe? No one to teach you? Parents that strict?
I personally think 18 is a good age.
I bet people kid you a lot about it!

No. I know tons of people in their 20s and 30s without drivers licenses. I live in NYC where people don't even need one.

I'd be embarrassed...and wonder about the person who does not have one. There are only a few good reasons for that.... And all are fairly big red flags about a person. Of course, this is coming from someone living in a place where you HAVE to drive to WORK.
