have you ever held doors for other strangers while entering or exiting a restroom, restaurant, store or other public places and they never say "Thank You"?

whenever I hold the door for someone and they don't say thank you I yell really loud "YOU'RE WELCOME!"

That is why I quit my part time job (I attend high school). Customers would literally yell at me because we didn't have something that was in the flyer (completely beyond my control).. And I do nice things; such as get people carts when it looks like they have an armful, letting people into the changeroom or washroom.. Nope. No thank you's. Whenever I needed the big ladder (im a small person and it is pretty heavy) people wouldn't even push over a little to let me through!
Actually this one day, I saw some lady drop her list on the ground behind her, so I went to pick it up to give it back to her and she farted in my face!! Im not even kidding! Ew....

I especially like it when I am walking out of somewhere and I hold the door for someone walking in and they:
A. Don't acknowledge that you did anything for them, and
B. Don't make any effort to grab the door, they just walk in
like you are their own personal doorman.
I always try to give the door a little nudge so that it hits them on the a$S. Not the most adult thing to do but It makes me feel better. ;-)

Yeah, people are rude, but your doing a nice gesture so feel good about that. what I hate I hold open the door and they go out the other door (if its double doors)
Ps. dont do nice things expecting cordual results. our general population are turning into greedy gubbing ......

yup. How about once, I had my babies in the double stroller, this guy walked INFRONT of us to get into the store THAN didn't hold the door open like I thought he would, the door almost slammed shut on my sons legs, but I ran up to the front of the stroller, holding the door with one hand and trying to push almost 200 pound of stroller and kids with one hand. I was like you bastard!

Yes I have. It is amazing how many people forget to say "thank you". I have though let the door close on them when they didn't say a thank you.
