Your RB question is much easier than the WRs but I'll do my best.
Jamal Lewis is facing a KC team that gives up 112.1 Rushing Yards per game while Reggie Bush is splitting carries with Deuce McCallister and facing a Dallas team that only gives up 90.3 yards per game. Plus, Reggie Bush has NOT been on fire despite what people will tell you. He has 5 TDs all season and only 1 of those came from rushing (last week). His yard total last week for rushing was in the 30s. Do you really want to rely on someone like that? KC has given up 2 less touchdowns than Dallas, however, Jamal Lewis won't be splitting carries. Reggie Bush caught fire last week, however, most of it was from his receiving abilities. Stick with Jamal.
On the receiver side, you've got a lot of 2nd tier options and unfortunately, it's going to be a gamble. You've got to go with Keyshawn since he's got Steve Smith on the other side of him. He's very streaky, however, they're playing at home and that alone should be enough of a boost for him.
Out of the last three, the safest bet is to go with Mushin Muhammed. He's the Bears number one option and will see the ball thrown his way. The Bears are going to start reeling Rex Grossman back in and will throw shorter pass routes that would take away Berrian's advantage. Devery Henderson did nothing last week and with the potential return of Marques Colston, it would only bring down his value. The Bears plan on running the ball quite a bit against the inept Rams run defense, however, Mushin will be their number one target. That says more for him than the rest of your options.

Go with Bush. He's been hot lately and even though Dallas is good at stopping the run, he's an excellent reciever too. Plus Brees still won't have Colston. Either Bears reciever is a risk, but so is playing Keyshawn. He did ok last night, but that was against the Eagles D and Delhomme has been kinda iffy. I say go with Henderson for reasons I stated earlier and Bernard Berrian. It's just a hunch or the fact that I'm a Bears fan, but St. Louis's D is exploitable and if Rex shows up this week, BB is the favorite to cash in.

Bush had a solid game against San Fran and will look to continue his success against Dallas. Jamal Lewis is facing a mediocre rush defense with Kansas City. I would start Jamal Lewis over Reggie Bush since the Dallas rush defense is #4 in the league and Kansas City is somewhere in the middle (barely a bleep on the radar).
Since Rex Grossman is rather inconsistent, starting either Bears receiver is risky at the very least, even with a weak St. Louis pass defense. Devery Henderson will be looking to add to his career totals with Brees passing to him more since Colston has been out. Keyshawn Johnson has gotten more and more looks from Delhomme, and the Giants are not really impressive when it comes to receiver coverage.
Start Jamal Lewis, Devery Henderson, and Keyshawn Johnson

Well, concidering Reggie doesnt get all the carries, id go with Jamal, KC doesnt have the strongest run D either. Dallas is playing very well too..another reason to go with Jamal. As for the Receivers...both Mushin and Berrian are good but Rex Grossman is struggling big time..who knows if he will be able to get either of them the ball, henderson isnt a bad pick but again dallas is playing very well, if it were me id have to go with Keyshawn just for the simple fact that the giants secondary is weak, and delhomme is no slouch either.

The RB is a tough one. Hard to go away from Bush after his 4TD performance against SF. And Lewis has been consistent (but didn't get in the end zone last week). Dal/NO game may very well be a shoot-out and given this, I'd lean towards Bush, but it's certainly a tough one....
As for WR, I own both Chicago WRs in one league I'm in and after the Chicago / NE game (which I watched thoroughly) it's pretty clear that Berrian is the big play threat. And Mushin is the possession guy. It's sort of a risk/reward type thing and I opt for more risk/reward with Berrian having the potential to make big plays, especially this week against StL secondary. Of course this is contingent on Rex getting back to early season form. Given Rex' difficulties I wouldn't start both WRs just BB.
Then I'd monitor the injury situation in NO. If both Colston AND Horn cannot play, then definitely start Henderson. If either Colston or Horn plays, I'd go with Keyshawn.
Of course just my thoughts...

Sometimes there's no need for expert advise, at those times it's best to rely on you own common sense.
Jamal hasn't really done that much this season, and Bush is back on track w/ an injured Colston. Start Bush.
GROSSman can't find a receiver, and had the lowest passer rating ever.
Start anyone else other than a Bears WR (Henderson & Johnson)

Reggie Bush, would be my choice over Jamal Lews. Bush will be used more in the red zone, following his monster performace. I like his chances of scoring.
I like Mushin Muhammed, even though Grossman has been shakey. Muhammed is the best choice, due to his talent and other choices.
