Rocky Soundtrack , There is a compilation disk from all the movies and I read on some survey that the theme song Gona Fly Now was the number 1 motivational song followed by Eye Of The Tiger.

bodies by drowning pool. normally i listen to heavier stuff, but for some reason, that is what i listen to when i lift or run. also ya'll wanna single, and right now by korn.

lamb of god, killswitch engage, amon amarth, children of bodom, black label society, devildriver.

if thats too heavy then disturbed, drowning pool, slipknot.
