What would be the point of having a boy spend the night? Do you really think he would enjoy a sleepover with six girls? Probably not. Do the bowling and movie thing, but forget about having the guy over for the night. Even if your mom told you he could come, be considerate of his ego and don't put him in an awkward position. He'll be way more happy that you did that than he would be spending the night with a bunch of giggly girls.

My mom is the same way. I think the bowling and then movie thing is a great idea! You could see if your mom would let you do that, then take the boy home and just have the girls stay the night or see if your mom will let the boy go to your house for a few hours and then take him home. Try acting real sweet, loveable, responsible, and mature for a lil while then ask her about your bday idea and countinue acting real sweet, loveable, responsible, and mature (at least until the party).

Sorry to break this to you...but there's probably no way in heck your mother is letting a boy spend the night at your house. I broke my ankle very badly when I was 16.5 and my mother wouldn't even let my boyfriend who was there with me when it happened stay until I fell asleep (I was heavily sedated and in great pain). She said it was improper conduct and I'm sure your mother feels the same way. She'll probably let him participate in everything except the sleepover part though. Happy early birthday though.

There are no suggestions as far as your mom's rules. She probably is not doing to because she doesn't think you are responsible she may be doing it to protect you and the boy. Depending on your age as a joke any of your friends could accuse him of doing something wrong and then he would be in big trouble. I would thank mom for caring so much for you and for protecting your friends. Right now, you don't understand but you will when you are a mom.

the first thing is that, if you are above 20 years old and have a good job you should move out. about your mother you should seat down with her and address her problems, and make her see that she can trust you if she still said no you could always do whatever you want. where is your father in all of this.

Think the bowling movie thing is good. Also you could go hang at the mall and get your nails and toes done and go on a shopping spree!

i think you should stay alway from the motels and keep your panties on, your mother just wants the best for you! i think you should and can have lots of fun by going to the movies, fun center, have pizza at home invite your friends, or maybe you can go to the skating ring and have your friends pay for their entrance. try it it will be fun!
