most drug crimes are felonies and federal offenses. in school zones say double the time and fines. better yet stop messing with the drugs.

Its a felony . Depending on which state you're in you might be able to plea bargain and get felony probation . That is if its your first offense and you get a good lawyer . The shool zone part kinda screws you though .

FELONY. In all cases possesion of cocaine is a felony, in a school zone it can grow to federal.
