In this stunt a girl jump on a guys stomach from a chair.
I am a 200 pound guy who is in martial arts and she is about 100 pounds, should we try this stunt or is it too dangerous?

To be honest, I can't think of any good reason why you would want to try it. I can think of several reasons not to, major injuries to the chest and internal organs being a good possibility and top of the reasons not to try. Stunts like that one are the reason ER's and surgeons stay in business. But if you like the idea of risking your spleen,liver, and heart, and you don't mind the hospital bill, and can afford the time in recovery, then I suppose you can go right ahead and try. But if it goes wrong, you are going to be in a world of hurt.

Depends on how badly you want a hernia or she wants a back sprain. If ya gotta ask, you don't know how to do it safely

That ain't Martial Arts.
That's BSDM, some guys pay top dollar to be "trampled". Even with stilettos.
However if it floats your boat go for it.
