If you are returning a product and that is what the UPS label is related to, I'd use UPS. Otherwise, USPS has lots of free labels. Just stick enough of them on to cover the UPS label, address the rascal and ship USPS.

i worked in the shipping department where I actually am the rough mill operator of a woodworking manufacturing operation.....cross training type of thing. Anyway we shipped 90% of the product via ups. Anyway, you have to fill out a form in triple, with carbon copies of course. back to your question, it seems that we did print a ups label to keep track of the shipping by our computer system..but it was a pain, because you had to enter info. that seemed rediculous to me...I think it had to do w/shipping over seas. go to the postal office and they can tell you why! good luck!

Do you mean it's a used box with an old UPS label on it? If so, then just cover up the old label so the scanners won't be confused. But it the UPS label is the only label, then only UPS will pick it up.

You can now e-mail ups and the next business day your postal delivery person will pick up your packages.

You'll want to cover the UPS label or use a marker to mark through the addresses and bar codes on it. Either of those should allow you to send it USPS with no problems.

You can, you just have to pay the postage. I ran into this problem returning items to Old Navy and didn't realize the prepaid return label was UPS. The USPS said they could mail it for me, but I'd just have to pay the postage fees. I just dropped it off at the UPS store though.
