Just to let you know those are so dangerous, my bro had them and the treads wore down to the wheels and he fell and hit his head pretty hard.... for someone the age of 4? Try a doll. I dont think I would even buy those things for 15 year old. The treads wear down pretty fast too... hair and stuff can stop up the wheels and cause falls. Iv seen it happen, even my stunt oriented brothers wont gives those things a second glance.

Probably nowhere. Age 4 is so young for that sort of thing they probably worry about liability issues.

I hope you have good insurance, those things may look cool, but they are dangerous!!
If you love your kid, don't get her any.
