Honey, tell your parents RIGHT NOW and call the police immediately. You are right to be scared because this is a very dangerous situation, especially if you don't tell anyone. This man is very disturbed and no one (including himself probably) has any idea how far he will go if he isn't stopped. You should feel safe in your own home. Who knows how many other girls he's terrorizing or already hurt. If you can't do it for yourself do it for the future victims. You have the power to stop him now by calling the police. If you are too scared to talk to your parents talk to a teacher or counselor at school and no matter what TALK TO THE POLICE!
I'll be worrying about you, let us know what happens and that you are Ok.

First of all, I'm really sorry this is happening to you. Alright, nextly, you probably want to contact your neighbor through the phone or email and tell them about it, see if maybe he's mentally challenged or something, definetly tell your parents as well. If your parents deem it appropriate, and you don't get a good response from the neighbor, go to the police, report the incident sooner than later, and they'll help you by either protecting you or by moving the man away from your home.
In the meantime, be safe, lock doors, and try not to just go for walks or be outside alone, good luck

First of all, you never said if anyone was at home with you. But if you were home alone and you're 16 and don't know what to do about this situation, you're not mature enough to be left alone. Another thing, you should never fake sick to stay home from school because judging by all of your spelling errors, you need all the schooling you can get. If in fact this really did happen, I'm sorry this happened to you, but grow up and tell somebody.

You need to tell someone what is going on. Tell your parents what you saw, and contact the police.
When I was a teenager, I had a older guy doing the same thing. I witnessed him outside my window, getting his thrills too. Little did I know, he had been watching me for a long time. Later, I found out that he had raped a girl, and had also been in trouble for stalking other people.
Girl, look out for yourself, and contact the cops. He might just be a little weird, or he could be harmful. Either way, don't take the chance.

tell your parents. Why were you alone at home and how would he know that? Maybe he is watching you and that is a serious problem, the last thing you want to do is stay home alone, so the faking sick thing would be a bad thing. School is the safest place away from this guy. You really need to tell someone before this guy break's into your house or does something else.

Goodness! I've had similar experiences so I can relate. First things first, tell your parents. They'll understand and know what to do. Go file a report at the police station and this guy might get a sentence of therapy or something.

Hi,
In these matters, it's better to let your parents know, but the method of telling them is
1. See if you can talk to one of your parent in a quiet atmosphere.
2. Tell them, exactly how it happend, but slowly.
3. Call the Child Protection Support people..
if you are scared of telling your parents now, You might have to be ready to take more abuse. as this guy will be scared for few days for his actions, but when he knows you will not do any action, he will try to go for another step of abuse towards you....Be smart !!! Girl..Tell your parents & u will feel lot lighter...
That guy "ROB" is a sick person and needs urgent help ! ! !

You MUST report this to the police. Otherwise he will do this to others (if he hasn't already). It is going to be a very scary and brave thing to do this, but you will because you MUST. Talk to the person you feel MOST comfortable with, whether that be a friend, parent, or counselor. Tell them you are telling them first because you KNOW they will help you. Each time you feel fear, remember that you will be keeping this from happening to somebody else.

Call the police, this person is one sick puppy and if you don't stop him, he will and probably has already victimized others and it will continue to go on if someone (you) doesn't do something about it.....NOW!!!!!!!!!
P.S. as a Father, if I found out if someone had done that to my daughter, he would be minus his private parts if the police didn't get to him before I did.
