you have pretty much ended the possibility of getting a useful answer by not wanting to except the response write things down.
you are very unorganized and if you don't want to take the time and effort to write stuff down then you sure won't stick to any kind of mental exercise recomended. I feel you are looking for a quick fix. so check the over the counter drugs avalible to help with staying focused. although that won't cure the problem it is a quick fix which you seem to be looking for

One trick is to repeat the task in your mind sevreal times as soon as you find out you need to do it. As you're thinking about it, also think about HOW you will accomplish it and actually envision yourself doing it.
Writing things down on a list doesn't work for me, because I always lose the list. But if something is *really* important and I don't want to forget, I set an alarm in my cell phone.

Writing things down is a good way to jog your memory. Often times just the
act of writing it down is enough to place it in a retrievable position in your
brain. You may not have to carry around the actual list with you. I find that
putting things that I need to deal with in a prominent place in my home
helps me remember that I need to do something with them. I also put
some stuff in the car as long as it isn't valuable or prone to freezing. Try
to be one step ahead of yourself. It is just making things easier. If you
do this all the time, it will become a habit and you won't have to think about
it.

"OMEGA 3" is known to stimulate the neurons in the brain and increase learning "and" memory.
The OMEGA 3 chemical is a "fish extract" but can be found in capsule or tab form at health stores.
I expect this would be very helpful when attending classes day to day

You could be just really spacy and got lost easily in thought. If it's really severe, you may have ADD or ADHD.
