I have like 3 little pimples on my nose and i want to get rid of them before they get any bigger!! I`ve heard toothpaste works but is there a certain brand or does like crest work? Are there any other home remadies? (something that i would probably have already and not have to go out and buy? and yes i have acne medacine (like the creme and stuff like that) anything that could help them clear ASAP is good!!)
Please help!!

yes, toothpaste does work - only use a tiny bit, it really dries them out. use the paste kind, not the gel. You can also try putting a hot washcloth on them first to try and pull out the bacteria. when you put the toothpaste on just go to bed - don't touch!

I've never used toothpaste but I hear it works. Whatever you do though, do NOT pop them. It will only make things worse. Don't touch them either or pick at them because the oils on your hands will aggravate them. Just keep using stuff to dry it out like Stridex which works really good on drying it out. Good luck!
Also, if you want to use a really good cleanser and moisturizer, Mary Kay makes one. It's called Velocity and works great at getting rid of black heads and preventing pimples.

toothpaste doesn't work that good sometimes it can make u break out even more what u need to do is get a asprin and crush it up and mix it with a little water until it forms like a paste and put it on there! good luck

Toothpaste is great! Not only because it'll dry out the pimples, but I find that it doesn't leave as dark (or purple) a scar as other acne meds such as benzyol peroxide.

neutrogena on the spot- benzoyl peroxide 2.5%
Don't buy any higher of a concentration, it will only irritate. Dab a bit on each pimple. It will clear in about three days.

What i use is witch hazle.everytime when you get out of the shower put witch hazle on that is what i use it really works.u can get it at wal-mart or dollar generall or any place like that.
that is my advice try it.
