I think it should go like this....
Shikammaru+Tenten
Rock Lee+ Sakura
Naruto+ Hinata
Sasuke+Ino
Garra+.............. to busy to like anyone
Kiba+Tamari
And every one else are sore losers and shouldent be going out!

No couples are canon, but the closest one to being canon is ShikamaruxTemari. They actually respect and like each other and there are plenty of hints throughout the series, the biggest being Naruto suggesting the two of being a couple at the beginning of Part II. Plus, the Nara family curse is to marry a troublesome woman and Temari (not Ino) fits that description perfectly according to Shikamaru. Sorry, ShikaIno fans, but Shikamaru and Ino won't happen; it's just wishful thinking or people thinking that all pairings should occur within teams and that Chouji is too fat. Next most likely would be the highly disputed Naruto-Sakura-Hinata love triangle. LeexTenten and InoxChouji each have one pretty good bit of evidence in episode 142 and the last chapter of Part I. Sasuke and Gaara will not be paired with anybody, and there's only a slight chance that Neji will wrest Tenten away from Lee.
P.S. - Anybody who thinks that Shikamaru and Temari are incompatible obviously doesn't watch past the American dub.

Shikamaru and Tenten have never had any interaction, and neither have Kiba and Temari. Sasuke and Ino is just wrong, considering they know nothing about each other. The only possible couples you've suggested are Naruto and Hinata, and Rock Lee with Sakura... although unlikely.
