peoplepc is only dialup.
you'd have to give up dsl.

or find a cheapper dsl host in your area.

just google
your city with DSL service as key words

Well. since your finances have changed. You could create a couple accounts on Juno.com and netzero.com. For one account it gives you 10 free hours of internet access. So, it free dial up internet.

Yes. I have both on my pc for certain reasons, and I alternate between them.
