Can anyone tell me what time of the month women are most fertile? For example, if a woman had her last period from 14-18 of November, then when will she be most fertile?

You are most fertile when you are ovulating and if you have a pretty regular cycle then that would be two weeks after your last period. they say 14 days after the first day of your last period is the day you should be ovulating and that is when you would be the most fertile. However, sperm can live inside of you for up to 3 days so i would have sex up to 3 days before to the day of and about two days after that because the egg lives generally about 24 hours once released before it starts to die so the body can rid of it for the next cycle. good luck!!!

Exactly midway between the last day of a period and counting 28 days to the next. Therefore her cycle starts on 18 November to 16 December. Half way give and take 2 days should be 1 December2006 her most fertile days.

It's different for each woman. How about buying an ovulation tracker and that will tell you when you are going to release an egg. You can find those near the pregnancy tests. Good luck!!!!

Nobody on here can really tell you. If your trying to get pregnant First Response has a fertility test, kinda like their pregnancy tests.

it is different from woman to woman. I ovulate the week before my period, not two weeks as these women have suggested. Anytime you have unprotected sex there is a chance of pregnancy even if she is on her period.

It depends on how long your cycle lasts. To see when you are most likely to be ovulating you should consult an ovulation calculator. Parents.com has a very easy to use online calculator.
