As a wrestler, yes. Goldberg really has that 'wrestler' I'm-gonna'beat-the-s**t-outta-u look. As a superstar he's great. But as a person, he's got an attitude problem. He screwed his match with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XX.
Plus, Goldberg isnt very easy to work with, just read Hogan's book and numerous wrestlers' commentaries.
Goldberg and Lesnar probably were the strongest in the business, but they had major attitude problems.

Goldberg had a certain charisma, but he couldn't really hang if the match had to last more than a couple of mins. He even said once that his biggest flaw was that he couldn't logically string moves together to help carry a match.

Yes cause when he says he's going to beat up someone it's impossible no to believe him ... plus he's vegetarian :) It's just sad that he left WWE in bad terms and that he's the reason why Bret Hart had to stop wrestling ...

No... they built up that whole winning streak and he never said a word. Once they finally let him talk on the mic, his lack of mic skills became very apparent. Practically the only thing he had going for him was he was a hulking mesomorph, but not much elsewhere.
