Alexandra Rd stretched from Redhill area to Alexandra area.
So it depends from where you travel from.
Anyway, the buses that passes through Alexandra Rd will be:
Bus No. 51, 57, 61, 97, 100, 166, 963.
I hope I've given you the right bus no. because I worked in the office in Alexandra Rd. Everyday these are the buses I took to work.

Which part of alexandra. The nearest MRT station is queenstown MRT. There are different services to Alexandra Road. To Ikea Alexandra the service to take is Service 195.

depend which part of alexandra you want to go.. got bus 33..from tiong bahru to ikea area
or from commonwealth, take 100 to river valley high..psa area there..
