I got burned by this company on Nov 29 when my loan was supposed to be deposited into my account. I sent $1000 over a week before Nov 29 and when the date came in it turned out the loan was not in my account. I called them and been advised it was postponed until Dec 15. I then had read several messages on yahoo answers and realized it was all scam. I demanded my money back by Dec 8. But although promised by Brad, the money never came. I have no choice but to report this to police here in Toronto. The phone numbers I have are: [phone] for Blain and [phone] for Brad Thompson. Please let me know how you will go about reporting these guys. Also we can all start Civil proceedings in small claim court. Have you checked how your cheque was cashed.? If it was not cashed by CLA business account, then the bank may be able to recover the money as it was not cashed properly. Marg.

I got scammed by them about three days ago. Iam a single mom with two kids and its right before Christmas . I need to report them. They have been telling me for days that my money is on its way. There address is in Ontario and I will contact the RCMP there I was also thinking of calling a news station.

call the RCMP ASAP! what they are doing is anginst the LAW! You cannot request a deposit for a loan upfront!

Hey dude, Did they get you for a deposit of 500? My girlfriend also got scammed, last week. We live in T.O so I will personally be visiting two home addresses which I have linked to the company. The cops wont do **** they say its a small court claim, so contact a lawer..Which will cost more money!~ NO,NO, I'm gonna pay they a visit, late at night...He,He What info have you found out, names?? I too have been taken for $500 (money order sent to Winnepeg to a Russell Dinsmore) from these guys. I have reported them to both Phonebusters and BBB. Unfortunately, I received an email from BBB saying that they couldn't help me with this complaint since they feel it is best that Phonebusters handles it. I too have kept every piece sent or emailed for proof.

Has anyone else had any luck? The phone #'s and website for CLA are unreachable now.

I cannot afford to lose this money either. We need to get these guys!!

Is there anything else we can do? Has anyone had problems with their personal info given?

Yes I did too! I still cannot contact anyone there but have put in compaint to BBB and going to RCMP also. I saved all emails contract etc to photocopy for them. These people are conartists..now have all pertinent information which could also be used for identity theft. They need to be put in jail!!!!! The main names are Brad Thompson and Blaine Dunlop. I have the name of one other manager but have to find it. Their address is:

HOLY CRAP! This is so not FLIPPIN RIGHT! I to have now been scammed by these BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP! $800 dollars taken from myself and my 4 year old. RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I sent them money orders and they have already been cashed. yeah I know....good luck eh. How someone could use there mother having a heart attack as an excuse is beyond me....and then a bad storm in toronto knocked there wireless systems out....I need help where do I go from here who should I contact.....anyone please email me @ [e-mail]
