"A victim's delibarate use of deadly force is a just response to repeated domestic violence."

I need to affirm and negate this for my debate speech and I have no idea how to do it.

AGREE- Any person ought to have the right to defend their life if they are in fear of losing it. This includes battered women.

DISAGREE- Numerous community organizations offer refuge from domestic violence. If these services were utilized from the beginning, there would be no such thing as repeated domestic violence.
