Don't take asprin (Tylenol is fine). Banana peel is supposed to heal bruises fast. I've never tried it, but heck...it could work just from the alum drawing properties. If these are REALLY bad, you may want to see a doctor. Bruises are bleeding under the skin, and it could be dangerous if it's severe.

Taking an epsom salt bath is suppose to help heal bruises quicker. Epsom salt is pretty cheap and can be found about anywhere. Just start the bath water and just pour in as much as you want. It help relax you, makes your skin soft and help take away aches and pains. Hope you feel better soon!

Not sure on how to make it fade however Ibuprofen is great for the inflammation and pain. Tylenol only helps the pain.

No, but drink a lot of water so you don't get a blood clot. Also, an Aspirin is a vasodialator and wouldn't hurt.

How did you get the bruises? If someone is abusing you, please talk to your guidance counselor at school. You sound to me like you need help. Don't let anyone get away with hurting you, if this is the case. Your guidance counselor will report it and whoever is hurting you will be forced to stop. God bless you.
