is it okay for a 14 year old guy to cut his pubic hair so there isn't really any there?

But of course it will grow back after a while.
Be smart, 'though: only do it if it won't cause you any embarassment before anyone else who might see it
(school locker room, brothers, mates, whatever).
And if you still want to try it, use plenty of shaving cream and
go easy with the razor!

Sure it's ok.
Might be a bit weird in the lockerroom, and girls might get freaked out a bit, but theres nothing wrong with it.
There are a lot of men who do not like body and/or pubic hair at all and trim or depilate entirely. Most of those men tend to be gay, but it's not too unusual in the hetero community either.
It's your stuff dude, treat it like you want to.

Mate it's your body so yes u can do it but...im not really sure why a guy of your age would want to. Just be careful with the scissors and remember to always practice safe sex...

It's easier to shave them off, scissors are hard to manipulate. Don't want to cut the wrong hair.

your choice. at 14 i really liked have hair there so anyone who saw the goods would know I had reached puberty and was a man now.
