Jesus had a few brothers... the most well-known is James. There is also Joses, Simon, and Jude. He also had some sisters who were not named.

Jesus had no brothers in the literal sense. His Mother, Mary, bore only one child.

The often-quoted bible verses regarding His brothers fail to account for the fact that, in ancient Greek (the language of the Gospels) cousins were called "brother". There was no separate word, hence all relatives were called "brother."
