Wot use are they to us?
We do more for the earth than animals, so yeah, I agree with you!
I feel an idea forming in my head, for a giraffe casserole or elephant stew even!
Shall post the recipe in food & drink shortly!

Chances are we are gonna polish off all non domesticated animals above the size of a man, sooner or later. In terms of the environment, we will get what we deserve. Life will no doubt bounce right back, sooner or later.
I consider veggies quite responsible on personal and ecological health grounds, true vegans are pushing the point though and risk their health.
I am pro-human, whatever that means, the opposite sounds kind of sinister, and I like all those elephants and lions and all the nice trees etc. Love em to bits. But then there is me and you, and then there is Politics and Business. Still I'll try and do my bit and breath a little less.

If you want to save the humans you have to save the earth, there is no way around it. We are all dependent on the ecosystem in which we live. You can't have humans without the planet, if you kill off one species you will set off a small chain reaction, it is only a matter of time before we are the domino that hits the floor.

If we stopped farming cattle we could grow fruit trees instead and these provide oxygen and food at the same time.

Perhaps if we ate them all as well we could squeeze a few more years out of the planet.

Oh, and the deforestation we are doing doesn't matter?
I have never seen an elephant with a chainsaw, lopping down a tree.

I think we have to eat all the cockroaches, if we don't then they are going to inherit the earth after WW3.
EAT THEM NOW, BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!
