Maybe low blood pressure? I know one of the symtoms of pregnancy is fainting, so be careful on stairs, etc.
Congratulations!

changes in fluid and blood levels will cause dizziness. in early pregnancy, blood volume increases dramatically! stay well-hydrated and get up more slowly than you are used to doing. this should help keep the dizzies at bay.

good luck, and feel better soon!!

Possibly Dehydration...I had that at 12 weeks. I was dizzy and my arms and fingers felt all tingly and what not. Try drinking more water and stand up slowly. Standing up too fast can cause dizziness.

Be careful! I was in church on sunday and I got so dizzy I almost fell on the person next to me. Check with your Dr. Mine said to make sure I was eating good and taking vitamins to make sure my blood sugars were OK. Good luck and congrats!

maybe it could be your blood sugar. When I was first starting out I got like that too, and the doctor told me it was my blood sugar. It always happened to me in the morning. Good luck with your pregnancy :)
