Looks like some people have been there, must have been interesting to see.
I had a similar experience on a road in Heathrow, London
I drove to a cargo warehouse on a far side of the airport
and a Boeing 777 was descending a few meters over my head.
I could smell the fuel... it was awesome!

Yes apupi is right it is St. maarten...I have been there several times and experience a plane landing just like the pic...It is the most awesome experience....if you ever visit..that is a must do.
