Bush was nothing short of being rude. He never should've ask the question, but being the obnoxious little punk that he is he just had to ask it again.

If you had the chance to fight for your nation and you passed on it then Webb does not like you very much. And here is a guy who did just that and not only that but then lied to get us into a war . So when he asked Webb who his boy was all this animosity that Webb feels for people like Bush just erupted.
