When I have sex with a girl I just met at her place when its time to go to sleep I cant fall asleep. I am never able to completely fall asleep in a girl I just met her bed. Early the next morning I bounce out of there and never call her again.

if its a on night stand just leave when she falls asleep. that way your gone before she wakes. lol i know im a girl sounds bad but thats what i do if i have a one nighter. but make sure you use a condom that way she cant try to have the maurry show find you for a dna test. and lol it will keep you safe from stds but after you are done having sex lay there until she falls a sleep and leave. and i usually give a fake name not my real one,if you are talking a one night stand with someone you dont know but lol if its someone you know but only get close to her for the sex thats wronge i wouldnt encourage that cause if thats the case she probly sleeps with you thinking you like her back.and the worst feeling in the world for a girl is thinking that a guy liked her for her only to find out he used her for sex. dont get me wrong there is nothing with having sex what ever goes but im against leading ppl on.

Guilt? Knowing you used her? You settled for sex, when your heart craves intimacy. Intimacy takes time & involves the 3 "T"'s; time, talk & touch.
I think all you've worked on is the "touch" aspect. Your heart knows this.

Your problem is easily solved - don't have one-night stands! If you don't respect and love the other person, you should not have sex with them - not once or any other number of times. You can't even respect yourself the way you are behaving.
