False positive or the real deal?

Probably a false positive. If you have used Panda Activescan before, that file belongs to it apparently, if youve never used Panda, may be real.

I'm not sure BUT check this out:

SYSINFO.ORG

This website has every startup program listed (Ctrl + Alt + Delete, click on the "processes" tab). It'll tell you what it is, and if you should delete it. It's compleatly safe, and compleatly free. A computer repairman showed it to me.

You may find it easier to search for what you are looking for if you download the Excell file and then use the Ctrl + F "find" feature.
