I can only assume that you mean "How is the American Dream Achieved?". If that is the questions, then the next question to ask is what do you think the American Dream is?
So people think that the Dream is to own a house; have a successful and rewarding job; have a wife/husband/family; do better than your father and mother did. Every persons/individuals perception of the American Dream is different from everyone elses. It all depends on what you think the American Dream is. It could take years to achieve or it could take a shorter period of time.

Anyway, America was established to give equal rights to all humans living in the country, creating the Declaration of Independence. This lead us to presidency, cabinets, senates, etc. It has formed what America is today, but some of our rights are slipping away, such as privacy. it is a huge economic issue, wiretapping.
