He probably tore your hymen (popped your cherry), it basically ripped a bit of your skin, so that can hurt, and will take a bit to heal like any other injury.
Unless he actually put his penis inside you, you are still a virgin, even though he broke your hymen.
If you are that worried about it now, it suggests that you aren't really old enough to be doing this kind of thing, and should stop and wait until you are older, especially before doing anything more sexual.
But if you are going to continue to do this kind of thing, make sure that your partner washes his hands before doing it, and keeps his nails short and clean, and if you do get around to actual sex, make sure you use a condom every time, right from the start.

It can hurt the first time someone fingers you, but it really shouldn't hurt. If you are mature enough to be involved in this sort of sexually experience, usually you are wet enough that the feeling is not painful, but pleasurable. It also has a lot to with how you are feeling mentally. Again, it should not be a scary experience.
I think you should take a step back and maybe consider activities that don't involve your vagina. (kiss, touching with clothes on) Don't rush into these activities to fit in or make a guy like you more. Your body is too precious! Please be sure that if you do engage in these act that you make sure the person has clean hands. You can get an infection and that really will hurt!

Tell him to use aome lubricant....that should help. It might be a little painful the first few times, but your hymen will either stretch out or tear eventually. If you're a virgin, it's actually better to start with fingering, because that will help ease the pain of your first intercourse experience. We started with fingering and my first time with intercourse did not hurt at all because my hymen had stretched out. Also, tell him to go slow until you get comfortable with it. The absence of a hymen does NOT mean you're no longer a virgin. A hymen can be broken in many ways other than a sexual act. Some girls are born without one. You're a virgin until a penis has been inside your vagina.....PERIOD!!!!!!!!

I'm a guy, but to answer part of your question: no, you definitely shouldn't feel you're not a virgin if your hymen has been damaged or removed - don't worry about it. Sexual intercourse is where you lose your virginity.
As for the pain, depending on how much, it might just a little raw from being rubbed so much - or the guy may have been to aggressive - you may have to determine by how uncomfortable you feel and if you think it hurts too much, let him know to be more careful next time. You shouldn't feel embarrassed to tell him how to touch your properly - and he should be eager to learn how to be a good lover!
Have fun and be safe!
(P.S. I know you asked for girls, but I thought your question about virginity really needed to be answered because you're obviously really concerned and no one else has answered it yet. And I do have some experience with the fairer gender! :)

fantastically lots guitars do harm your palms. Pushing down the strings from time to time leaves lines too. I used to play extremely guitar and It did sting my palms, yet I have been given used to it. I additionally play the violin and this is the comparable feeling.
