you can dry them, which is great if you want to store them for a while (plus they make a great addition to hot cocoa in the winter) OR another good suggestion is to dice them, and put them into ice cube trays (about a half to one tsp each section) add water and freeze them...this way, you can just pop a habanero cube into your chili or soup this winter. It may take some of the heat from the pepper, but not much. (This also works great for mint leaves...just put a couple leaves into each section - perhaps even with a raspberry - and freeze them...mint cubes taste really good when you put a couple into a tall glass of iced tea).

Well unless you want to have a colon replacement then you won't be able to eat them all right away. They do however do well when dehydrated. Keep them dried out and then just reconstitute them in hot water when you want to use them again. You could also store them in oil for a while. Keep in mind tho that doing this will also make the marinating oil very hot as well.

Ha ha, EAT EM! lol, you would probably throw up from how hot they are. I would cook something with them, preferably a HUGE pot because a little goes a long way with these little buggers. And collect them?.... suit yourself. They won't stay for long....

You can dry them and make a ristra with them. Or you can crush them and make some killer seasoning with it. Just do NOT mix these with vinegar. They will be waaaay too hot.

Dehydrate them for later use. That is what I used to do until I developed a nasty allergy to them.
