There are some websites that can do this but until you know for sure which ones a reputable don't give them money. Instead, subscribe to newspapers like Backstage that list casting calls, and also visit local colleges and check their bullitin board. Actually, the best resource is local acting teachers. Go to a Junior college and take an acting class or two. Even if you learn nothing in class, having acess to students and teachers who hear about things and provide a way of comparing notes is pricelss. As you learn reputable sites and agents from the unscrupolious ones, then you can branch out and exapand.
And don't believe anyone who says you have to have an agent in order to get into calls. Sure, if you want to star opposite Tom Cruise, you have to have a good agent, but if you want a chance to audition and get any role you can (99% of all actors) you can do it yourself...it just takes work and determination.

Most production companies do not accept "unsolicited" auditions... meaning, you can't usually get in without an agent, or at least some pretty good connections.
If you want to be a serious actor, you should consider taking acting classes, auditioning for community theatre and honing your craft by working with other actors you respect. This will teach you the fundamentals of acting-- including "method" techniques for communicating real emotions, tips and protocols for a successful audition, and the differences between acting for the stage vs. acting for the camera. While learning, you will also establish valuable relationships within the industry, and will hear about opportunities in your area.
Eventually, you will want to find a good agent who will submit your headshot and resume to as many castings as possible. After you get some experience, you may choose to join SAG (Screen Actor's Guild). See sag.org for details on how to qualify.
If you really just want to be in a movie, it's pretty easy to get a job as an extra. Search Craigslist, Mandy.com, ProductionHub.com or other industry websites for films in your area. However, being an extra is not as glamorous as you might think. Extras are usually paid between $50-$100 per day, and sometimes that's a 16 hour day. Extras sit around doing nothing for many hours at a time, so bring something to read or do. Sometimes it's hot or cold or otherwise uncomfortable, and you may or may not eat well.
Anyway, I hope this helps!

Your Talent Agents submits your headshot and resume to the Casting Director. If the Casting Director is interested you will get an audition.
