This thing you put between your cable box line and the wall is supposed to keep the message that you bought a ppv from getting through to your cable provider. I can't say if it works, but its deff. illegal.

if you go on WWE.com they have a special listing of bars and restaurants that play the wwe ppvs, for instance I know a lot of Hooters carry the PPVs.

Either a sports bar or a country that has Sky Sports.
