I use M·A·C Splashproof PowerPoint Eye Pencil or M·A·C Fluidline. You have to know how to put Fluidline on with an eyeliner brush though. Both of them are amazing. Also I love Stilla Smudge Pots. Those are also applied with a brush. But they last forever.

Bobbi Brown's gel eyeliner... it takes a little practice because it's not in pencil form, but it REALLY REALLY stays all day (I'm a professional musician and it stays even through my gigs when I get really sweaty under hot lights!) and removes with eye makeup remover.

NYC (new york color) has a pencil liner that works great. And its cheap too, only 99 cents.

marykay stays for most of the day, it doesnt burn your eyes or smear, and it looks good:)
