i want to keep my hair long but it needs a trim, but i also want swide swept baings, but i play sports so im looking for a cute hairstyle...please put pictures of what you thing looks good! i have brown hair and i have long layers.

A razor cut is would be perfect for you! Razor cutting adds a lot of texture and can make your bangs look "sweepy" a lot easier than if they were cut with scissors. They'll also make your existing layers look nice and wispy. When you call your stylist, ask if he/she is proficient in razor cutting. Most professionals who've been in the business a long time are. It's almost the only way I cut my clients' hair, whether they're young or old! Razor cutting makes you look like you haven't had your hair cut, but can do SO much for you!

Hey, I am exactly the same way, and I was thinking about getting layers so that it has more volume. Make sure you don't get the bangs cut to short.. otherwise they won't all go up in a ponytail when you play sports and it will get really annoying.

Her hair is on the longer side, she has long ,chunky ,face framing layers.
