How long do you ovulate is it just for 24 hours..or more..because i dont know when i think i started ovulating yesterday but it just showed up on my saliva test today?

so basically by the time it shows up on the saliva test your suppsed to have sex right then?

Generally, you have around a twelve hour window period in order for the sperm to come in contact with the vagina, and it takes about 24 hours for the sperm to penetrate the egg.

I think it may go up to 48 hours. I remember the doctor telling me there were two days month that getting pregnant was the easiest. None of that stuff worked for me though- even the fertility pills. We stopped trying after 2 years. We planned a trip to Vegas and surprise- I got pregnant. Now all we have to do is talk about babies and I get pregnant. it's crazy!
