All right, I asked my Dad for an iPod nano last Christmas. He gets me an mp3 player that breaks every 10 seconds and doesn't fit in your pocket. I ask him for an iPod for my birthday, in May. He gets me an electric guitar, and its whammy bar breaks off as soon as I open the freaking box. Anyways, I'm giving it one last try this Christmas. All I'm asking for a the fricking fracking red iPod nano, but he still gives me that same old answer "Well, I'll have to see...". So, I know the problem isn't that he can't afford it, because he has one, his new wife has one, and both her daughters have one.Plus, one of her daughters is engaged to an Apple employee. What's his excuse now??? So, how am I supposed to persuade him to get it for me this time????

Ask for money or a gift card. Then, buy it yourself. That was the only way I could get what I wanted, when I was younger. Parents always consider the major differences as suttle differences, such as the difference between an iPod vs. a brand-x mp3 player. They both function the same, as my parents would usually say. They always just see $ signs.

i'm sorry, you opt for to have your quite arrested because you do not agree including his parenting, even tho', you're 14? that isn't going to ensue, at that age, if someone on the line stole it, then convinced, that is against the law, yet, seeing that your father is purely doing it as a parenting style, no, that isn't against the law, and no, no criminal specialist might want to EVER settle on your case.
