No. At least, not any specific groups (I suppose some individual somewhere could believe in it....). Romans are now almost exclusively Catholic--Rome being the home of the Vatican and all.
I would also offer (though this is just my opinion) that it wouldn't be commonly referred to as 'mythology' if it were still practiced as an accepted religion--I know most people these days would be pretty offended if someone called their religion 'mythology.'
Just my p.o.v. =)

The Roman and Greeks gods and goddesses are still used are archetypes today by many pagans. It is not that modern pagans believe the actually "persons" of the anceint gods are still alive, but that the archetypes they represent are still viable. Hence, you work with Hecate, the goddess of the crossroads when you have a hard decision to make, as she represents your subconscious, the "seer" that we all process inside us. Or you work with Athena, the goddess of wisdom and justice when you need help with legal questions, etc.

There are groups who still worship particular deities. Most of these groups are fairly small, but some of them can get pretty large. The entire pantheon is no longer worshiped, but the individual dieties aren't "dead".
