Yes, often there is already compression or similar techniques used on the glutes (through the sheets) and it is possible, and sometimes necessary to massage the glutes in general, with the draping pulled towards the center of your body one side at a time. In most massages, at no time would your entire butt be exposed.
Most reputable massage therapists wouldn't think twice or blink if you requested it. It feels good, and as long as you are comfortable, they should be.

Yes. A full body means the gluts.. just don't think that with a reputable message therapist it will lead to sex. An arousal is not uncommon and shouldn't be a shock to a licensed therapist. I've dated one and that's what they said...

Yes, of course its ok. That is what they are there for. Usually it is called a glute massage.
