Ejaculation usually refers to 'male ejaculation', and I assume that, as a question in 'men's health', that's what you're referring to.
Ejaculation is the release of semen form the penis on orgasm in men. Semen, or ejaculate, will contain sperm, fluids and prostrate emissions. Ejaculation basically allows sperm to be launched into a woman's vagina, so as to fertilize any eggs of hers, and cause pregnancy.
