how do you put on eyeliner?

I can never get it right. I've been told it's on the bottom lash, but how do you get it there without it looking scribbly? And what about the top?

If i put it on sloppy, i just use the smudgey thing on the other end to straighten it out. I put it on the top lash, and bottom outside corners

for the top of the eye , draw the line starting from the inner corner of the eye..making the line a little thicker at the ends, make sure u draw the line as close to the lash line ...4 the bottom of the eye, for a natural look draw tiny dots close to the lash line, and if u want smudge it to have a softer line

There is no correct way to put it on. People put it on different ways. well if you want to put it on the top you close ur else and pull it like a chink or w/e and on the bottom put it on the lash line.

all i do is on ur upper lid put a thin line along the lash line or as close as you can get to it and on the bottom i pull my lower eye lid down and i put it right there on the lash line.

I always use the top lid. Bottom lid seems out dated and 80's. I hold down my lid and pull it tight with the eye closed. I start at the edge and work inward in sort even strokes. (this makes less room for mistakes) Remember less is more.

I mean, its sort of hard not to make a mess...I used to have the same prob as well..but it was way back 10 years when I was 13 so now I am perfect at it... so motto to this : Practice makes you perfect!

Well open your eye and look up and i never put it on by myself but if u get a friend to do it then lok up and ask the friend to put it on .
