They should...but if NC State don't want to host a tournament, is it then OK to someone host it? Or since it is Jimmy V's name, it should always be synanymous to NC State and noone should use it...which would be sad.
So the question then lead to the assumption, NC State have never tried to start a tournament under Jimmy V's name b/c someone is already doing it??? Because if we assume they don't want to do it, then its not wrong for someone else to do it.
