it shows how far they went with someone of the opposite sex. All I know is that if you see someone wearing a black bracelet(usually jelly bracelets)that means that they went all the way but as for the other colors, I really don't know what they mean.

They don't really mean anything. It's just another made up thing. Like "Step on a crack, break your mothers back" I was in school when those were popular and nobody took the "sex bracelets" thing seriously.
Supposedly if you break one of whatever color you have to do that act to who ever breaks it. Its a bunch of BS.

those colored bracelets represent how many guys they've kissed, gone down on, had sex with etc.

if you mean the intertwined ones ..they are friendship bracelets ..if you mean the all one colour that usually means they support a charity that supports a political stance ..like the bracelets that fund Aids projects ...or mentally handicapped ....so they are a staement of political beliefs ..like being against violence against women..if you can understand that
