Well, I wouldn't say it's normal, but it does happen. If it happens a lot, you need to get it seen about.

Okay, so I'm assuming you are a 19 year old male and have this happen sometimes. Contrary to popular belief, this can be normal and is a result of stress, depression and performance anxiety. Of course there could be some physical injury, trauma to the organ or some sort of arterial disease.
If this is persistent, go see a doctor and talk to him/her about what's going on in your life. It could be that you are not in love or are not attracted to the person you're having sex with, it could be the environment, (from what you've said or not said, that is what it sounds like), basically a psychological issue or it could be serious. The best thing to do is not focus on it. If it only happens sometimes, when it does happen look at what you are doing and which way you are doing it. It' s really hard to give you any advice since you have not given us too much to go on...
Talk to a professional if you are really worried. Also, get tested while you are at it.

It could be a number of things. Considering that you're 19, your problem is probaly anxiety induced. But if it persists then go to the Doctor and get your testosterone levels checked. It's just a simple blood test.

yes. Especially if she asks you, "Is it in yet"? Lack of enthusiasm or a sudden distraction can make you soft. Or exhaustion can make you soft. My favorite is getting soft after niagra falls has roared by. Relax, be creative, you will enjoy it more that way.

I don't know, but if the beginning (s) and the end (x) is OK, the middle (e) shouldn't be to much of a problem.
