turkey and stuffing?

my friend is really thin and last year i don't think she had any boobs, but today when she laughed, they bounced along with her! is she stuffing or did she finally reach a GROWTH spirt?

With out knowing how old she is, there is no way to guess.
She very well could have had a growth spurt.
Just ask her.
