Depends on the individual- maybe they think of one, or the other, of neither (i.e. it's not particularly important) or of both.
I think that if you're asking this question you're probably insecure about your body. Don't be. You have no reason to be. Don't get pressured into primitive notions of sexual identity- what's important isn't the size of your organ, it's that you and your partner enjoy your relationship.
