Money can't buy happiness, only things and they can't give you happiness either. People who can have what ever they wish at any time have miserable lives and end up some of the time sticking a gun in their mouth. They must find other means of entertainment which usually means drugs and phony friends. They travel around the world from one party to another which may sound like fun to you but nearly all of them will tell you it's not. There is no challenge in life and no feelings of accomplishment.

Since I already have the true love of my life, I'll take the $10 million to help the love of my life get a recording contract and move us up further.

I would earn my own money (whether small or not)and independence but still definitely want true love usually most persons eventually spend the money then whats left a bucnh of physical thing s that will probably take a decade to become a collectible Then what an empty house/mansion (if u dont end up in debt after ur spending spree) and a bunch of false frenz who leave when the cash goes 2 SCREW THAT I CHOOSE LOVE!! Asker- what i want 2 know is which one did u choose?

Read all of this please, it's kinda nice its not me but its kinda nice
I've been attending the Toronto School of Philosophy for over 5 years now and I once heard an amazing lecture that has literately changed my life. I would like to share some of that with you.
The topic was to attract youths and was: How to Get What I Really Want in Life. The crowd that showed up was very diverse. There were teens that seemed ‘preppy,’ others dressed in hip-hop attire and even some punk rockers. There were even adults and some older people. From previously attending the school, I had my doubts that whoever gave the lecture was going to intrigue every person in here as some like philosophy and some do not. To my surprise, everyone was affected and loved it. That man that was going to give the lecture was the leader of the philosophy school in Dublin, Ireland (he came to Toronto). I will give you my version of everything:
Now we will first start out by asking ourselves, what do we really want in life? What do we wish to accomplish or achieve before we pass away?
These questions are rarely asked in the midst of our ‘busy’ lives and sometimes we go around aimlessly throughout life not knowing what we wish to attain. But aren’t these questions among the most important? Aren’t these questions what really drive us?
After thinking about that question, a popular response would probably be things such as a nice house, a good car, a beautiful wife/husband, a stable and enjoyable career and money. People want to look successful, have power and respect. Something that almost everyone craves or wishes to attain is money. People throw away their dreams of getting a job they may love for getting a job that they dislike but get more money from. People throw away careers that they love that would help make them happy everyday to work for more money.
Let me ask you a question.
Say your happiness was a physical thing that you could throw around or bounce or give away. There is no trick or deeper meaning behind this, it's just you are with it (happiness), or without it. This is all the happiness you can attain and you have it there in physical form. If you are without it, then you cannot be happy until you get it back.
Now, would you sell your happiness to me for 10 dollars?
The obvious answer would be no, because without the happiness, the money is nothing in true value.
Alright, would you sell your happiness to me for 1000 dollars?
Again, the answer would be no because it’s no the money that really matters, it’s the happiness.
Now, would you sell your happiness to me for 70 billion dollars?
Maybe after a bit of hesitation, you would realize the answer is no because what good is money if it cannot make you happy? The value of money is nothing if no happiness can be obtained from it. Not to say money will not bring you happiness, but just to distinguish that happiness and money are two separate entities. Sure, they sometimes coincide but ultimately you want the money because you think it will make you happy.

Neither, I would rather earn $10 Million by working hard and enjoy falling in love with someone without them being given to me. The harder something is to obtain, the more valuable it is.
